You can choose between two types of Okinawa's rare Agu pork, either [Shabu-shabu] or [Sukiyaki].

[Shabu-shabu] → Making the most of the flavor of Agu pork, we serve shabu-shabu with our homemade golden broth.

[Sukiyaki] → A luxurious sukiyaki with a sweet flavor based on bonito broth

[Minami-nu-buta] A rare brand of Agu pig born on Ishigaki Island and raised on pineapple.In the Okinawan dialect, it means a pig from a southern island and is called "painubuta."Yaeyama Farm's original feed is made by fermenting the fresh pulp left over after squeezing the juice from pineapples grown on Ishigaki Island.This pineapple is what gives Minami-nu Pork its unique tender texture and delicious flavor.Because we carefully raise each cow, we are unable to ship a large amount, but we would encourage you to try it.
